Recommended Gear for Rides & Clinics

Each rider is responsible for his or her own well-being, and to ride within his or her skills- and ability-levels.

The lowest spot in Teton Valley is 6100′ above sea level. Our trails are located in a high altitude, fairly dry, alpine environment.

Please stay well-hydrated and be prepared for sudden weather changes.

In addition to having your own well-tuned bike, we recommend bringing:

  1. plenty of water
  2. plenty of food
  3. extra layers/clothing and a waterproof shell
  4. basic first aid supplies
  5. tools and supplies to deal with typical mechanical issues on the trail
  6. a smile
  7. bear spray (talking/singing while riding in groups helps alert the wildlife to our presence, so hopefully this is just in case…
